Six Culture Builders for Team Leaders

This is the shortest and most encouraging leadership program out there. It is designed for people who lead from the middle of their organization. It’s a new way to learn and practice leadership.

Leadership Actions and our flipped classroom design take the big ideas including Curiosity, Building Trust and Belonging, Goals-Focus, and Navigating Conflict, and break them down into specific actions to take in a team. That practice generates confidence and allows everyone to adapt the big ideas to their practical needs and leadership goals.

  • Eight weeks

  • One hour live each week for discussion and planning of our “Leadership Action” practical assignments

  • Dedicated learning platform for learning assignments (articles and videos, 5 min or less each, we promise), Leadership Action practice assignments, discussion board, schedule, and videos of live class sessions

  • Public course offered periodically, for individuals and small groups from the same organization; also available as a private course

  • Hunter available for curbside consultation and check-ins with all course participants

  • Option of individual or group coaching package alongside main course
