• A team discussion guide for the trust survey, to use if you want to work on trust in your team. Do NOT ask your team to complete the survey unless you feel equipped for an in-depth discussion of some sticky interpersonal issues based on the survey results, AND you have time and energy to lead work to improve trust. (We all hate filling out surveys that identify needs, and then nothing happens to make it better. Not cool.)
